OPE presents, Six Summer Equipment Sessions in the Park!

Arvada Volunteer Firefighters Park. 
Sundays 4-6pm

$10 per session.

June 13th - Rifle
June 20th - Flag
June 27th - Sabre

July 11th - Rifle
July 18th - Flag
July 25th - Sabre

Come learn some twirls from the best! Spend two hours sharpening your skills and learn something fresh from somebody new. 

​

Each daily emphasis will be on a different piece of equipment. The first hour will focus on basics, techniques, and strengthening exercises. The second hour will be learning choreography, and making a video at the end. 

​

These sessions are for intermediate/advanced spinners, experience is a must!
